4. SMS program terms
These terms apply to the Macias Enterprises LLC text-messaging program (the "Program"):
- Description & consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our form, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (such as cash offers, follow-ups, and related updates) from or on behalf of Macias Enterprises LLC at the number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not required to sell your land to us, to receive an offer, or to buy any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are between you and your mobile carrier; we do not charge for the messages.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any Program message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, after which we will stop sending Program messages to that number.
- Help. Reply HELP to any Program message for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Eligibility. You must be the account holder of, or authorized to enroll, the mobile number you provide, and be at least 18 years old.
- Changes to your number. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you enrolled.
- Privacy. Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Macias Enterprises LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or the Program after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
